	Step 2 - Get connected! Our technicians will walk you through the simple process of getting connected through our secure gateway.
	Step 3 - Get your PC repaired online! Our technicians work to diagnose and repair your PC while you watch, or go about your daily chores.
	Step 4 - Back to work or back to play! Once your technician has completed your repairs he will call you and explain what was done and what to expect. Once disconnected a new session can only be started by contacting us for a new pin code.
